Most likely, no, it won't increase mileage.
Increasing the performance of a vehicle rarely also increases the mileage it gets.
It may or may not actually increase the usable HP of your vehicle. Opening up the exhaust without making changes on the other side of the engine usually increases HP a little bit near redline while also reducing torque in the middle of the rev range where you normally operate the vehicle. This results in lower mpg as the engine has to work harder to do normal stuff like move away from a stop sign and accelerate to the speed limit.
Replacing the exhaust system without attending to the intake system and fuel injection system may also cause your engine to run rough or even run leaner than it already does. This can cause the engine to run hotter which doesn't help your gas mileage any either.
You will also accelerate harder every time so you can hear those 'sick and evil' pipes, so your mileage will go down even more.
Good luck!

I have a glass pack on my jeep i don't notice any mpg gain but it seems to go up steep highway hills a little better. Surprisingly its really not much louder than a stock muffler.

nope ! it won,t help the gas mileage a bit ! what will help is a complete tune-up, the right amount of air in the tires and make sure the exhaust is clear, especially the cat. and muffler !
