What does frame jacking mean?
Jack

Is it as simple as just jacking up the frame of the car? I heard some friends use the expression while we were working on his jeep and then when I looked it up all the results were about clickjacking which really doesn't make sense in context...

Lift the car from a point on the frame as opposed to a point on the suspension or axles. It is generally much safer and less prone to slippage. But, you should still use jack stands and not rely solely upon the jack to work under a vehicle!

that term might mean when a jack is used to raise a vehicle as it's better to raise it under the frame rather than the body, although I have never heard it before

Yes

(but it could also be slang for a tweaked or bent frame - or almost anything - how about asking)
