is owning a Jeep an addictive behavior?

I just bought my third Jeep, a Grand Cherokee. Hubby is looking for his second Jeep. Our kids have each owned 2 Cherokees and my daughter is looking for a Wrangler in her price range.

We have gotten to the point that we don't talk about a new "car", we instead say "time to get a new Jeep"....

I am wondering if we are loyalists or just too lazy to find another brand. We love knowing that we can easily expect 200K from them and we have a Jeep repair expert nearby. I feel safer in a GC...but that might be in my head.

Anyone else feel like owning a Jeep is addictive?

Yes, it is addictive. I have an 01 grand cherokee and i dont think i will ever buy anything other than a jeep again. they can go anywhere and do anything. also, there is no other car that looks like it on the road.

Sounds like you are just sticking with what you know. I assume you have had good service out of all these Jeeps.

No it's not. A friend of mine bought one a couple of years ago. He kept it about two months. He could not get rid of it fast enough.I drove it once and quickly understood why. They Suck.
